Where the Tribunal lists the matter for an oral hearing, any assistance with hearing preparation or attendance will be subject to a separate written agreement and any additional fees agreed in advance.

In successful Rent Repayment Order cases, the Tribunal has the direction to order the landlord to reimburse the application and hearing fees, although this cannot be guaranteed.
